Our rugby club is for anyone interested in playing full contact rugby in Daegu.



The Daegu Dragons had a relatively successful few seasons in 2004 and 05 finishing second in Korea, behind the Seoul Survivors. We re-started the team for the 2011-12 season and hopefully the same success will follow!



If you're interested in playing in rugby 10s tournaments throughout Korea or just coming along for a few sessions of training you're more than welcome, regardless of ability. If you've never played rugby before, this is an easy way to get into it. Everybody is welcome.

We are based in Daegu but we have players from Gumi, Gimcheon, Pohang and other towns in the area.

There's a strong South African presence in the team but there have also been Kiwi, Aussie, English, Canadian, American, Irish, German, French and Welsh Dragons.



We'll be having a touch-rugby session on Saturday 21st July 2012 at Yulha Sports Field, around 5 minutes walk from Yulha Station on line 1 of Daegu's subway system. Come down and join in!
